✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided:

• The watch is unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original packaging, tags, and protective films are intact

• You have a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different model or color? No problem.
We accept exchanges within 14 days, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, simply contact us with your order details.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or worn watches

• Watches with damaged or missing packaging

• Custom or engraved products

• Final sale items

📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

   • Order number

   • Reason for return or exchange

   • Photos (if applicable)

2. We will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide the return address.

3. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect

If your watch arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — at no extra cost.
